Reflections is a superb north facing lake front family home with your own sandy beach. Caters for up to two families.
Being a lake front you don't have to worry about lack of privacy from the neighbours across the canal, and there are no midges either!
The property has been tastefully renovated throughout featuring stunning new in ground pool, new furnishings and kitchen appliances, air conditioning in living areas and ceiling fans in bedrooms.
A Kayak, fishing rods, Fuz Ball, Table Tennis are also included. There are no hidden costs such as linen and baby needs hire etc...

Reflections also has a Tarago GLX 8 seater available should you require transport and we can tailor a package to suit.

Family orientated
Reflections has the family in mind with inclusions like baby stroller, port-a-cot ,high chair, soft toys, DVD’s and books for the little ones.
For the older kids we have activities like table tennis, Fuz Ball, Kayak, fishing, board games, cards, DVD library and cable TV.
For the adults you deserve a rest so just fix yourself a cold drink and relax by the pool and if you really feel energetic grab a fishing rod and cast a line and catch some bream for dinner down at your own sandy beach and then have a BBQ al fresco! Too easy! You can also feed the locals (pelicans, Black swans and the ducks)

Very peaceful, lovely outdoor area. Nice view. Everything you needed was there, from towels to floaties for kids, to sugar and oil to cook with. Overall a lovely stay.

We traveled as a family of 7 (3 teenagers, 2 x 25 yr olds & 2 adults) We found this home to be very spacious and comfortable. The pool was magic and to be able to catch your own fish in the lake and then cook it on the bbq just topped it all off. We would love to return some time with friends. Having the people mover for hire in the garage was an added bonus. We were going to spend our last night in Surfers but opted to stay another night.

I would totally recommend Reflections to any families wishing to stay on the Gold Coast. Reflections has nearly convinced us to make the move up to QLD. The house is huge, stylish, clean, extremely tasteful with the furnishings and most importantly very child friendly! It truly makes you feel at peace and if youre not too busy swimming or cooking a BBQ I'm sure you'll dream your life away staring into the water in awe of the amazing view. Thanks guys, staying in this house made our holiday so much better!

With 4 adults and 8 kids from 10 months - 10 years, this beautiful home had heaps of room and was well equipped to deal with energetic kids. We thought this house looked too good to be true... but it is true. We really enjoyed our time here. It was so peaceful but close enough to all tourist attractions. We would love to be back very soon.

This property looked so much better than it does in the pictures and exceeded our expectations. Ideal for larger families with heaps to do for the children and lots of space for adults to chill out. Quick drive to loads of shopping, beaches and theme parks but distant enough to enjoy the tranquility of the quiet suburb. The property manager allowed us our privacy but made it clear he would be available if we needed him. Reluctantly left to return to NZ but hope to be back next year. Thanks again Property Managers.

Thanks for our stay, it was great. The size of the house was great. Even with a big group, we were never under each others feet. The kids were well catered for and loved their stay. Every morning I took time to take in the view and every day was better than the one before. Thanks again, we will be back for sure.

From the moment we walked into the property we were just thrilled. It was everything and more than we expected. Our kids were far too busy playing and enjoying the many things this property offered from the toddlers to the teens, all were catered for. We couldn't drag them away to go to the theme parks. This house is amazingly furnished. The pool is fantastic and everything is very comfortable. We had a great time and are very glad we chose it over an apartment in Surfers.

Reflections totally exceeded our expectations. We travelled with our large family and were relieved to find the property so child friendly and accommodating. The facilities were great, the space and size of the house was awesome and the amount of thoughtful child pleasantries such as toys, ping-pong and soccer tables meant that our stay was less demanding. Truely a place to unwind and relax in. Thanks for the stay.

This house is fantastic and better than photos look (and the photos look great!). The property is fantastic for anyone with young families and there is PLENTY of room for 2 families if you are looking to split costs. Also the place is FULLY self contained as stated including prams. I can assure anyone and everyone we will be going back. Thank you Nick for your hospitality and great property.

The location is fantastic close to the freeway close to shops plus the house itself has its own beach. It is very family friendly home as well enough to do for the kids and the adults. We will be back.

A perfect view and a very spacious house. The table tennis, soccer table, swimming pool and FOXTEL was popular with our kids.

Terms & Conditions
Please note: Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. 1st condition is to promise that you and your family will have a fantastic time staying at Burleigh Waters.
2. Usage
The premises are let to you for holiday purposes ONLY and for the period stated on the receipt. No wedding, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of people that were initially booked and / or had beds provided for.
3. Check in/Check out
Premises are strictly available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10am or before on the day of departure.
4. Arrivals & Keys and Lock outs
Key Pick up – we will meet you at the property on arrival for handover. (visitors to contact Property Manager to confirm a time.)
Key Return – the property is to be locked and the keys to be left in the house.
Loss of keys or remotes – will be charged at the Property Managers discretion
5. Payment must be made at auction end.
6. If after a number of approaches this amount is not paid, the booking will be cancelled.
7.Cancellations-
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date no refund will be available unless the property is re-let under the same terms within reason.
If caused by the client: money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.
If a refund is made due to a booking being cancelled a $55.00 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforseen circumstances ( natural disasters etc..)
8. Bond/Security Deposit and Property Damage
A Bond/Security deposit of $500.00 payable by credit card or cash will be required by the Property Manager prior to or on arrival. This will be refunded 48 hours after departure to a nominated account. The Property Manager has the authority to deduct monies from the Security Deposit to remedy any damage, excess cleaning, missing items, excess utilities caused by the Visitor.
9. Currency -All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
10. Pets -Are not allowed on or about the premises.
11. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
12. Breakages and losses to the property must be reported to the Property Manager immediately.
13. The conduct of all guests must not be of nuisance or annoyance to neighbouring properties.
Nuviz Properties Pty Ltd ABN 24127131355 is a family business and operates on the basis of good faith and will endeavour to accommodate any requirements you may have and it is our priority to ensure that your holiday stay at reflections will be a memorable experience for the whole family.
